Wilmington Middle School Reviews

Fairly new building but I disagree with other reviewer. Wms is a good school with great teachers. I am a former student and the staff there all had their biases but were good teachers with a lot they can help with. The school istill state of the art in most cases. A brand new auditorium w/ balcony and televised announcements. They have 2state of the art tech labs with more than able teachers teaching many different types of engineering. Wms is a good school.

The building is huge, with too many students to be an effective middle school. The house system does not work given the inappropriate number of specialty teachers. There is a lack of discipline and follow up with extensive favoratism geared toward the male population. The staff is hard working and has managed to do well with few supplies and low budgeting. With the increased population in town this school needs more funding.
