Northeast Metro Regional Vocational Reviews

I think the staff at Northeast are great with with kids. They help in every way for the kids to succed.

I attend this school and I am an 11th grader. Before attending this school I was an F sometimes D student at Stoneham Middle School. When I arrive at the school I was very nervous about the bullying and academic failure I experience at my old school. After 2 yrs at this school I am now 4th in my class, have a 4.0 GPA (honor level classes), envoled in many after school attivities including music grop and junior mentoring, and also hold a part time job. For any parent who is not sure about sending there child to this school my response is that they are in great hands. The teachers really care about you and every student is given an equal opputunity to move higher up in your classes even if you did not do so well in middle school. I am very proud to attend such a fantastic school!

My daughter is a freshman at the Vocational School. She has had such a possitive experience. The teachers have been great and she has met a diverse group of children, which she never would have experienced had she gone to our towns public school.

Im an 06 class graduate and I Miss the Voke a lot...the teachers were cool and the kids were neat, though I avoided big crowds. Drafting class of 06

This is a fabulous school. The students who attend Northeast Regional get the best of both worlds. A solid academic education interlaced with a career. My son graduated from Northeast near the top of his class in both academics and shop. He was in the college classes and attended Wentworth Institute. He now has a supervisory position with a construction company in Boston. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely love this school! My son who has a slight learning disability got all of the services he needed and his teachers went way beyond their call of duty to help him ( in more ways than one). He just graduated this year 2005. He's only been out of school 2 weeks and he already misses it. That in itself should tell you how awesome this school really is. And never in my life have I ever met teachers who are more caring, sincere, helpful and who go so far out of their way for any student like these teachers do. I would pick Northeast over any high school because it is definately the best! I am telling you that these teachers are definately not in it for the money, but definately in it because they care about your kid's future!

I think Northeast Metro. is a very good school. The teachers help and give much more effort toward students then any other public school would give. The principal works hard to make the school as nice as possible. The education is good, we learn everything someone would learn going to a regular high school and we get the education to get a job in any field of work we choose. I think this school is doing a great job for the students and it is a great school to go to. Spyder

My whole ordeal with this school was a nightmare. The teachers need to be taught how to teach and attend summer school themselves. Most of the students who have had trouble with work in the class room was due to the teacher's lack of interest in helping any student who wanted help or needed help. After four years dealing with such a school of poor quality in teachers, my impression is that the teachers were only interested in their pay checks instead of teaching the students how to deal with their upcoming future and cope with real life problems. It is ashamed that teachers like those, get away with getting paid for doing such a terrible job!
