Girl On Top is an all-original Boston-based band, formed in 1988, with a diverse sound ranging from punk to pop to heavy and dark to straight ahead rock n' roll.  They have opened for such bands as Tracy Bonham, Extreme, and the Goo Goo Dolls, and had won first prize in an Internation Music Search with bands from over 300 cities.

Founding member, Karen DeBiasse, is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and has also attended Emerson College.  She is a Certified Voice Instructor of the Dante Pavone method and is known and respected in the Boston area for her expertise.
