Probably the best insurance experience anyone could ever have! I am new to the game and was in a rush to get insurance & have my car registered so I could drive far far away that same day to sign some really important papers. I went to Nancy Bender really early in the morning and within minutes Amy Randal came to help me. I explained to her that I needed insurance ASAP & she made it happen! Even while she was suppose to be in the process of helping another person with a claim. She helped me get a low rate on 1st timer insurance, lower than i was quoted from a widely advertised firm. She explained the options to me well & it was done quickly. Great experience all around.

This company is awesome! I was brand new to the process of insuring a car, and they helped me out enormously. They were super quick and dealt with the DMV on my behalf, and helped me to reduce my premiums. Now that I am selling my car and leaving MA, they are still super helpful in transferring the title of the car and a lot of stuff that seems beyond what you would expect an insurance company to do. Every person who answers the phone is very knowledgable, and can access the policy details - I rarely have been put on hold or had to wait for answers from other staff. I am not sure how their rates compare to other companies, because I didn't have time to shop around for the best rates, but the person who referred me to Bender Insurance did his homework when he insured his car and found they had excellent prices. I would go with them again in any case for the peace of mind and great service.
