sleasy car salesmanship in its best
Reviewed by Young Professional on 2009-09-09T06:39:22Z

Sales guy (Ahmed? not sure, Middle Eastern guy) was arrogant, decieivng (pretended car was not in stock), played hard to get. sold a car that was on the floor under disguise that it was not a showroom car. pressured to sign blank papers and squeezed a high charge in it we did not agree upon. essentially - all the sleasy tricks you hear about. r o tten palce. when I bought my last car (Honda) i haven't seen anything even close i Honda dealership (Weymouth). never coming back to buy anything else. don't advise anyone either.

Pros: convenient location

Cons: everything else

How many times should you bring back a new car for the same problem? I know the parts made in china and need to be shipped via Germany. Oil change $385. The car has been in the shop now for over 7 weeks trying to fix the same problem. I will never go back there. We are off to BMW West.

Poor service!

Nice sale guy, Sheraz. Service is extremely spotty. I would recommend driving out to Foreign Motors West. Service department is overwhelmed at HC. Often can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Pros: sales - sheraz

Cons: service

Fast and Excellent service

My BMW had been through a rough winter of potholes and needed a lot of under carriage work done along with other service needed. They fixed my car like new in less than two days. It was expensive - but these cars only work well with BMW parts. The service people were kind, understanding, gave me whatever break they could and when I picked it up, they had washed it spotless - like off the show room. I had been to other dealerships and private car shops - Herb Chambers had the best service. I personally would like to thank my rep. Mr. Marini for being so patient and helpful.

Aggessive sales

I went in for a test drive, everything was good, some small annoying details like: I waited for 15 minutes for the car to be ready because the sales man needed a cigarette breaks (without letting you know first but shows up late with strong cigarette smells), answering other clients call while talking to you; answering GIRLFRIEND's call while talking to you.... These are still fine but the worst part is they gave me a 5000 dollars less trade-in value comparing to edmunds and later willing to match because I mentioned that I have actually did a research (which implies they wanted to take my advantage first?!), and then when I said I needed to think about it and get back to them within a few days, the sales man was threatening me that the car will be gone... he cannot believe that I won't make the deal even though everything is perfect... he cannot believe that I, as a mature adult, will need my parents or my husband's second opinions.... I think they are used to face clients like the rich college kids bring their parent's check book and they forgot there are regular young professionals who deserve a few days of consideration and, being treated like a normal human being. Although they are high-end BMW dealer in the city but their service is way worst then Honda or Toyota dealer on Route 1.

Pros: Honestly really not much

Cons: 4 cars in the show room, 1 is 2 years old; bad salesman; dishonest trade-in value
