Like most people I do not look forward to going to a car dealership to buy a car. I feel like I had an above average experience but still liked this dealership more than any other one I had been to. They didn't do anything that you wouldn't expect from a dealership and were more honest and forthcoming than you would expect. A large part of my experience being so positive was solely due to my salesperson Miguel. He was hands down the best salesperson I have ever worked with and not even just in the car sales category but any sales experience. He wasn't pushy at all which is what I always expect. He made the process very easy and it was actually enjoyable or as enjoyable as it could be. After the test drive he actually checked out the car and showed me that something in the interior was damaged. He said if I bought it they would fix it. I could tell that they don't want people to come back and complain. I was very impressed to see how they do business. I test drove a car at another dealership before and knew things were wrong with it and they wouldn't tell me a thing. That is what I would expect from a dealer but not from Miguel and not from Quirk. I will probably buy my next car there. I just hope Miguel is there to sell it to me.
Pros: Large selection. Professional. Make the buying process easy.
Cons: It is still a dealership. Fasted paced easy to get lost.

I'm sorry I ever walked into this place. I won't make that mistake again. In fact, I will never buy another auto from any Quirk Dealership.
I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
They used every shady tactic possible to get more money from me. The art of the flim flam is practiced here!

I took my 2001 Passat in for a timing belt, and timing belt only! When I picked up the car, I was billed for new breaks $800 and the quote for the timing belt had gone up $400!! The service manager would not negotiate and I could not get my keys until I overpaid for both items. I asked to see the old brakes, since they only had 10,000 miles on them and they said they'd been thrown away already. I'll go back to Boston Volkswagen! Thank you!
